BRHS Fall Meet
Thursday 13 September 2012, GSRM had the honor of hosting a number of guests from the Burlington Route Historical Society on the opening day of their Fall Meet in the Twin Cities.
About 45 people attended and enjoyed a picnic style supper of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, beans and brownies. The brownies came from the local bakery, Lau's Czech Bakery and were popular.
Guests had the opportunity to tour the museum grounds via wagon ride or vintage Northern Pacific Fairmont motor car on track still under construction.
The BRHS guests had a lot of fun and GSRM volunteers were honored to host them. GSRM would like to thank the BRHS for making it a part of the BRHS Fall 2012 Meet - THANK YOU BRHS!
